| version. The demo includes the ULTRA
Integrated Point of Sale module and is the network version, so you can
fully use the test |
| the system in any configuration you want. The
installation documentation is very comprehensive and the system includes
full |
| on-line documentation so you should have no problems as long as you
READ the instructions. It may be a good idea to print this |
| page using your
browser (File/Print) so you can have all of the instructions right in
front of you. If you have any problems, you |
| can call, fax or e-mail us
your questions and we will help smooth things out for you. This web site
is loaded with support |
| documentation, so browse around, and you will
probably find your answer somewhere here. |

| Once you get the ULTRA
Campground Manager set up and you make the inevitable decision to purchase
the system , you can |
| call fill out the order form on or web site and
mail us a cheque. We will take it from there. Once we receive the cheque
and order |
| request, we will call you and walk you through the registration
process. That's it. And if you want, you may keep all of the data |
| you have
already loaded into the demo system. Okay, enough. Here's the steps to
download the demo. Our instructions assume |
| you are using Windows v3.11 or
Windows '95 along with Netscape 2.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet
Explorer. |

Make a temporary directory called
C:\TEMPUCM. This can be removed
later. |
| 2. |
Downloading Process for Internet
Explorer |

- You will see an
animated box with the message 'Getting File Information' |
|
- Next a
warning box will appear. Make sure 'Save to disk' is marked and click
the 'OK' button. |
|
- A familiar box appears that lets you choose
drives, directories and files. Use this to find |
|
drive C:,
directory \TEMPUCM. Once found, double click the folder. It will be
empty. |
|
- Click the 'Save' button. |
|
- A box will appear telling
you the progress of the download. It should take about 6-8 minutes |
|
on a 14,400
modem, and about 4 or less on a 28,800/33,600 modem. |
|
- Once the
download is finished, you will be returned to here! |

- A box will appear
explaining what you are about to do.. |

- Click the 'Save File' button. |
|

Please enter your campground/resort name and the
province or state. This is so we can track our web page traffic. You
will |

not be contacted in any way as a result of downloading the
demo. |

Preparing Installation Disk (using DOS prompt in
Windows v3.11) |

- Go to the DOS prompt by double
clicking the icon for DOS prompt. |
|
- Change to the
C:\TEMPUCM
directory (C: - press enter-, CD\TEMPUCM -press enter-) |
|
- Type
UCMDEMO and press enter. This will instigate the self extracting
file. |
|
- Insert a blank, formatted 1.44 MB diskette in drive A: |
|
-
Type COPY C:\TEMPUCM\ULTRASYS.001 A: and press enter. |
|
- Type COPY
C:\TEMPUCM\INSTALL.EXE A: and press enter. |
|
- Type A:INSTALL and press
enter. |

Preparing Installation Disk (using
Windows '95 Explorer) |
|
- Open Explorer (Start,
Programs, Windows Explorer) |
|
- Highlight the directory you downloaded
UCMDEMO.EXE into. |
|
- Highlight UCMDEMO.EXE on the right and double
click or press enter. |
|
- A DOS Window will open automatically and the
self-extracting fille will decompress. |
|
- The last line should say
'Extracted 2 files'. Close the DOS window (click X top right). |
|

Highlight Ultrasys.001 and Install. (Use CTRL when you click the second
one). |
|
- Insert a blank, formatted 1.44 MB diskette in drive A: |
|
-
Click File on the pull down menu at the top left and pull down to the
'Send to' option. |
|
- Highlight 3½ Floppy (A). A box will appear
showing the files being copied to A: |
|
- Close Explorer (click X in top
right corner). |
|
- Click Start and 'Run' and type A:INSTALL and click
OK or press enter. |

The ULTRA Campground Manager will begin the installation process.
Please follow instructions and |
|
print the 'Getting Started'
instructions when prompted to do. They will help guide you to a smooth
start. |

IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT THE DESTINATION YOU SPECIFY SHOULD BE THE
ONE |

YOU
WOULD WANT THE SYSTEM TO STAY AT IF YOU DECIDE TO REGISTER THE SYSTEM

WANT TO
SAVE THE SETUP DATA YOU HAVE ALREADY ENTERED! |

Once the installation is complete and you have run the program
successfully you can delete the |
|
downloaded files but it would be
advisable to hold off doing so until you are sure you are done. |
